We feel so fortunate to have Jenni's support as we worked with Rosie. Rosie was adopted as a rescue at 3-years old and struggled staying in control of her body (extreme pulling on a leash, jumping on people, running around like crazy) and responding to commands or even her name. Jenni worked not only with Rosie, but trained us to have the confidence to train her as well. Jenni gave us simple games and activities that we could use at home. Rosie is now a different dog - we can take her off-leash on hikes, bike rides and skiing, and even an enjoyable leash walk around the neighborhood (without being pulled down!).
Working with Jenni gave us new activities to practice with our furbabies while growing our relationship through positive reinforcement. We loved the games she taught all of us and both our 6 year old and 1 1/2 year dogs were engaged and having fun. Her expertise, energy and playfulness inspired us in how we interact with them every day.
I often describe Jenni to other people as Moose’s fairy godmother. She did a Zoom session with us the day after I brought him home, helped us learn the basics, and counseled me through the crazy puppy days. Her work and approach taught me how to meet Moose as he is and be the best dog mom I can be for him.
Jenni’s dog training classes and techniques were extremely helpful in creating an environment for my skittish little border collie, Rider, to feel comfortable and start building her social skills and confidence, while also helping the two of us bond. Jenni’s commitment to her students (owners and pets) is demonstrated through her personalized training methods and constant hands-on approach.
